L’mar Kojani was born and raised in the South Bay area within Los Angeles, CA. While he has lived abroad and is multilingual, LA will always be his home. This love for LA drives him to provide a superior experience to every client he serves because enriching the lives of community members, in turn, enriches the community.

Growing up in a family of real estate developers, L’mar has been involved in the industry his entire life and enjoys assisting clients with both residential and commercial property transactions. He and his family have decades of experience in real estate development, from building homes in the South Bay beach cities and Beverly Hills, to creating a distribution and logistics hub for his family’s clothing manufacturing company, to starting up a high-end construction material manufacturing company which serviced some of the largest real estate development companies in the United States. This background in real estate construction has given him a deep knowledge of investment properties and potential “flips”. He can tell, through keen observation and decades of development project experience, which homes and other commercial properties are a good investment for a potential buyer, as well as produce a detailed financial analysis to support his instincts regarding timelines, costs, and profitability. L’mar’s professional background in building construction is an expertise that most agents simply don’t have and helps him give his clients sound, detailed advice they can rely on. As L’mar continuously stays abreast of current market conditions and potential passage of relevant legislation, he is also diligent about planning for future conditions and guiding his clients on likely future market trends and regulation impacts. His definition of success is when his clients achieve their real estate goals, whether that is finding the perfect home or building their asset wealth through income property.

L’mar has further developed his expertise in real estate while growing his commercial and residential business as a member of the Ensbury Group for the past three years and has been a recipient of the prestigious Keller Williams’ “Millionaire Agent” award each year he has been with the brokerage. The Ensbury Group, an affiliate of Keller Williams Commercial, specializes in multi-family investment property, primarily in the Southern California market.

In addition to his experience in real estate, L’mar believes in serving the community in which he lives and has been active in local politics and community events since the 1990s. He is always finding additional opportunities to give back to the community he grew up in. L’mar believes very strongly that real estate agents should exemplify a high level of integrity, be honest, knowledgeable, and transparent with their customers, and excel in those qualities in their personal lives as well. L’mar has been happily married since 2012 and his son is one of the main sources of joy in his life. L’mar speaks fluent Spanish and French, while his wife and son speak fluent Mandarin. In his free time, L’mar enjoys his family life above all else, but also enjoys many of the activities that abound in California, especially biking and kayaking.
